Those who purchase at least ONE item from the KADOKAWA booth will receive a ticket for their desired session scheduled on that day at the purchase counter.
- You may only select a ticket for a session scheduled on the day of your purchase.
- Only one ticket can be obtained per settlement(receipt), regardless of the number of items purchased.
To get another ticket, you will need to line up again. - Distribution of tickets for each session will end as soon as it runs out.
- Ticket will be invalid if you do not come to the session at the time indicated on the ticket.
- You cannot exchange your ticket for a different session.
- Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including cases such as lost, stolen or damaged. Please note that you will not be able to participate in the session if you lose your ticket.
- Reproducing or reselling tickets are prohibited. We will refuse your participation if we find out that the ticket you own is acquired through these methods. In addition, we do not take any responsibility for troubles caused by resale or transfer of tickets.
- Please follow the instructions of the staff.
- The event organizer, venues and guests are not responsible for any accidents or thefts that occurs during the session. Please manage your own baggage including valuables.
- The contents of the session may change or be canceled without prior notice depending on the circumstances of the organizer/guest.
- If the above cannot be observed, there may be cases where we refuse your participation to the session.
